%X Vice-Admiral (Rtd.) Dato' Seri Ahmad Ramli b. Hj. Mohd Nor, Chairman, Maritime Institute of Malaysia (MIMA), delivered the Welcome Address at the "National Maritime Conference: Human Capital and the Way Forward for Malaysia" jointly organised by MIMA and the Marine Department Peninsular Malaysia, and supported by the Malaysia Shipowners' Association (MASA) which was held at the Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Club, Kuala Lumpur, on 14-1 5 July 2008. He acknowledged sponsorship of the Conference provided by Bintulu Port Authority (BPA); MISC Bhd.; Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) Sdn. Bhd. and Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd. (BPSB).
