Chancellor
19a. (1) There shall be a Chancellor who shall be the Head of the Universiti and shall preside when present at any Convocation and shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as may be conferred or imposed on him by or under this Act. (2) The Chancellor shall be the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
